I had knit my sister an afghan with beautiful varigated yarn, but had a lot of leftover skeins. Now I am using it up with this pattern, and it's so easy and lovely!😊

I never tried C2C because I thought it would be kinda hard to remember. You made it look so easy and now I am hooked. I just dont want to lay it down. I say to myself I will do one more row and then stop, lol. Before I know it I have done 5 more rows. I love that yarn, never heard of it here in the USA but I have ordered some from James Brett . I love this. I am new to crochet (avid knitter). I am fine until.it comes to creating that last treble at the end of the 1st round border square. I end up with a massive corner hole and then when ending the 2nd round of half dcs to conclude the square same issue 😢. Any thoughts? So glad I found your channel. There’s an easier way! You make your slip knot, then chain two. From there you work all of your stitches into that first chain. To close it, you just pull the tail away from you and the knot towards you. Hope this helps! ❤

Why do you turn your work on a square instead of just continuing the square? I think I figured out why. My 1st square I made for my temp blanket the center was wonky buy now with your video it looks alot better. Glad someone directed me to your video on the reddit page !! Love the color yarn you are using.

I never ever crochet before. And i want to try new hobbies, crochet is one of i want to try. Because my nephew will born 2 months more i want makes something that could be useful in long term. Your videos is popped up. At first "oh this not gonna be for beginners". And i'm trying again and again until i could finished 1 row clusters but the shapes still bad😅. Next day i'm trying again with real count around 110 foundation chain. Now i'm on first row cluster stitch😆 I'm so happy your explanation is simple yet you repeat again and again. So i could remembering what the next steps. Thank you so much for your video!!🥰🤍 Might be my blanket not as clean and neat as yours but it's my first time soo i hope i could make it better in the future😆

Question. If I have 2 cakes of Mandela yarn. Can I continue until I finish the first cake. Then if the width is ok. Start on the 2nd cake. Will it finish the throw?
